Magnolia Management is excited to announced the unveiling our new Self-Service Portal for Owners. The easy-to-use Owner Access Portal allows property owners to go online to view their current account balances, review past payment history, anytime from anywhere.
With the help of Magnolia Management Services to assist the Woodlands Property Owners Association you will have three payment options. You can pay with a bank draft or credit card when you can pay online using the CIT Bank's payment website. Online payments made via bank draft (eCheck) have no transaction fee while credit card payments are subject to transaction fees.
To Pay Online, you will need to know the following information:
Management Company ID: 3149 (Magnolia Management Services ***It may still list our old company name, Pelican Management Group.)
Association ID: WDL (Woodlands POA)
Property ID: Your lot number
Per Article VI of the Deed Restrictions and Covenants for The Woodlands Subdivision, any and all exterior improvements to your home or property must be approved by the Woodlands Architectural Control Committee (TWACC). Once TWACC receives your formal request they have 30 days to review and make a decision as whether to approve or deny the request.
To submit a formal request for an exterior improvement:

Once your form is submitted Magnolia Management Services will notify you on the status of your request.
To reserve the cabana in the pool area, the following must be dropped off in the current HOA Board President’s mailbox:
-Name of Homeowner
-Time and date of reservation
-How many will be attending
Make check payable to Woodlands POA and leave it in the mailbox of Board President Tucker Bantom at 391 Red Maple Drive.
The Board President will inspect the pool after the cabana reservation and if there are no damages, the deposit check will be destroyed. If there are damages, then the homeowner will be billed accordingly.
Since our management company, Magnolia Management Services, is a property management company with employees often out of the office on site visits, we recommend all homeowners schedule an appointment before visiting Magnolia Management Service's office.
