To make a payment through your community portal, visit portal.magnoliabr.com (or click the link below), log in to your account, and click on “Make a Payment.” Follow the prompts to complete your transaction.
Account owners can pay online using Google Pay, Apple Pay, bank draft, or a credit/debit card.
You can pay with a bank draft or credit card when you can pay online using the First Citizens Bank's payment website.
To Pay Online, you will need to know the following information:
Management Company ID: 3149
Association ID:WDL
Property ID: Your Account Number
Per Article VI of the Deed Restrictions and Covenants for The Woodlands Subdivision, any and all exterior improvements to your home or property must be approved by the Woodlands Architectural Control Committee (TWACC). Once TWACC receives your formal request they have 30 days to review and make a decision as whether to approve or deny the request.

Once your form is submitted Magnolia Management Services will notify you on the status of your request.
If you would like to reserve the cabana area of the pool, you must fill out the enclosed Pool Reservation Request Form with a Deposit and Reservation Fee. Completed request forms can be emailed to Magnolia Management Services. Deposit and Reservation Fee can be paid online through the CIT Property Pay website.
